CESTRAR is a trade union based in Rwanda. They play an important role in the construction of a strong trade union movement.

The main objectives of CESTRAR are:

1. To improve the socio-economic conditions of workers.
2. To promote solidarity among workers and involve them in trade union activities.

Under the Women@Work Campaign, CESTRAR helps workers to set up committees and organize the horticulture in Rwanda to form trade unions
