True PriceTrue Price is a social enterprise based in the Netherlands that tries to realize an economy in which all products have a true price. A true price is the product price in which the social and environmental costs in the value chain, such as a living wage gap and global warming, are paid for.

Analyzing the social costs of human rights impacts

True Price has contributed to the Women@Work Campaign by analyzing the social costs of human rights impacts and the business case for more sustainable business conduct.

Now, True Price is developing CSRAfrica.com – an online platform aimed to help horticulture professionals grow a better business. It does that through the provision of data on the social performance of companies on issues such as health and safety, underpayment, harassment and freedom of association. As part of this platform, True Price compiled a library of good practices of horticulture businesses, accompanied by quantitative evidence both of the urgency and the business case for improvement.
