Ketty brings on board thirteen years of experience in community development, women and girls rights to health services, and economic empowerment. She has a passion for gender-inclusive development and livelihoods. She has experience in women and girls’ rights from both local and international organizations such as World Vision Zambia, USAID, DFID and FHI 360. Ketty has held positions as a Project Manager, Technical Officer, M&E/Knowledge Management Officer, and facilitator incorporating participatory approaches for local communities. Ketty has worked in Zambia on gender issues in health and economic empowerment across a number of provinces. She holds a diploma in social work, a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and a master’s degree in Transformative Community Development.
Ketty believes in equal rights for all in access to resources and opportunities irrespective of one’s gender, age or sexual preferences.
